Hilltop Concessions Associate

Reports to: Food Service Director

Position Overview

This position requires a trustworthy, customer service-oriented individual who can oversee day-to-day operations of Hilltop Concessions.

Responsibilities include:

• Learning the Computer and Credit Card Systems,
• Ensuring that volunteers are accurately ringing in items,
• Maintaining and ensuring volunteers are using safe food practices.,
• Assisting volunteers with Stocking, Serving, Cleaning etc.,
• Being the onsite contact for volunteers with any additional questions,
• Overseeing closing cleanup,
• Ensuring end of the shift lockup is complete,
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 + years of age
• Must be qualified to work in the U.S.
• A strong commitment to customer service
• A current student at Marshall School

This position is a part-time, hourly position. Starting wage is $12/hour.
